Return Policy Overview

At Belvoro, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring your satisfaction. Due to the nature of our food product, we only accept returns in the following circumstances:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • Wrong Item Received: If you receive the wrong item in your order, please notify us promptly, and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you.

Eligibility for Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must fall into one of the categories mentioned above (damaged, defective, or wrong item received).
  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, and unused in its original packaging.
  • You'll need to provide proof of purchase, such as the receipt or order confirmation.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
  • If your return is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

European Union 14-day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
